DOOR CODES

  • 2nd Floor Door Code:

    • 638757 + Yale Key (this code works on both the east entrance door at 171-173 Canal and the West door at 175 Canal)

  • Street Level Door:

    • If this door is locked, there is a lockbox on the street (see photo) with a key to the 171-173 Canal entrance

    • Lockbox code: 1052

    • Please return the key to the lockbox after using

  • A/V Closet:

    • 917 + unlock (if it sticks, press reset and wait 10 seconds before entering code again)

TRASH & CLEANING

Cleaning:

Please wash all plates, utensils, glasses, pots, and any other cookware that is used before leaving the space.

Trash:

  • Use the black bags for trash, and the blue bags for recycling (glass & bottles only)

  • All bagged trash and recycling should be taken out to the D&D carting bins on Canal St (make sure everything is bagged and no loose trash is left out)

  • Cardboard: Any cardboard boxes need to be broken down and bundled.

    • Mondays-Fridays only: leave bundled cardboard on Canal Street next to the D&D garbage cans

    • Saturdays-Sundays: leave bundled boxes in the storage closet in the space
